  I had my hair done for my daughter's wedding. I am new in town and didn't have any set style/updo in mind for my med-length hair. But the lovely hairdresser ( I forget her name) did an amazing job! I received so many compliments. I will definitely continue to use this salon.

  Poor customer service when it comes to owning up to a mistake. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I was given a perm that was not what I asked for and didn't take to my hair. Their site says 65$ and up for a perm, mine cost 200$ for medium length hair. I was told I would not get a refund but they would give me a 40$ hair mask as "their treat". I am left with ugly crimped hair with no curl and some parts are still straight.

  Amazing customer service!! i came in with a messed up green hair do that was disastrous. With the amazing help of the staff and the wonderful Breanne, I received a beautifully transitioned ombre that was handled amazingly and with professional opinions leading to less damage!! What an amazing small-town salon. The next time I come to town, I will visit again!
